A day of travel, taking in the sights, doing touristy things from the Living Root Bridge through the Sacred Forest to the Mawphlang View Point overlooking a deep valley. After a stroll around a Khasi Heritage Village we return to Pinewood, followed by a leisurely evening walk around Ward's Lake. Sometimes keeping it simple works.
